Ardmore Crossing transformed a former PECO Service and Administration facility into a vibrant mixed-use residential community through a comprehensive redevelopment and rezoning effort. The property’s split zoning designation was reimagined to accommodate a thoughtfully planned residential neighborhood featuring 53 senior apartment homes and 31 townhomes.

At the heart of the development is a three-story, 50,000-square-foot senior living building offering 53 one-bedroom rental units designed to promote comfort, independence, and community engagement. Residents enjoy access to a variety of amenities, including a community room, resident lounge, and on-site administrative offices. The project successfully converted an underutilized industrial property into a high-quality residential destination that enhances the surrounding neighborhood while meeting the growing demand for senior housing and diverse residential options.
