Opportunistic Investment Program

This program is oriented to investments that provide substantial near term upside:

Class C apartment buildings suitable for re-positioning and renovation | Financial Institution owned senior living community and/or building | Partially completed apartment or condo development | Building with development/expansion component | Redevelopment/repositioning opportunity

Properties will be purchased at substantial discounts to both current market and replacement cost pricing, offering downside protection and substantial capital appreciation potential..

We prefer properties within two hours driving time of Philadelphia.  Primary markets include the five Pennsylvania counties surrounding and including Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey north to Princeton.  Secondary markets include: Wilmington, Lehigh Valley, Reading, and Scranton.
